Another must have from TC and Algomusic. M42 has been one of my favorite instruments and now this. I've been waiting anxiously for this release ever since it was first mentioned and the wait has been well worth it. Congratulations, Tim, et al. Job well done.

M51 is a very cool synth, with a cool tone, and a whole lot of great modulation options. if you dig having lots of movement in your presets, you really must check M51 out. and by the way...M51 is not just for floaty stuff...it can get quite aggressive too!

M42 was one of my favourite pieces of software; I think it may have been eclipsed by M51! The little sequencer at the bottom is a joy; and so easy to use.The dual warp modules are again; easy to get on with.

Sound very nice Tim. It reminds me of the sounds you get from synths that come in sections and fill an entire wall. Smile These certainly show that soundwise, SynthEdit creations done right can now compete with instruments coded from scratch.

Just fiddled around with the demo for a while, and it does have some nice presets -- as I'd expect from you two -- plus, it invites tweaking and composition, which is always a good thing for me. I can sit in front of an acoustic piano and get nothing useful done, but clever synths turn on the inspiration DNA, I think.

Just bought it, downloaded it, and played with most of the presets. Great sounds, and very complementary to M42. It's very easy to tweak if you're familiar with M42 because the mods are essentially the same. I've always liked PD synthesis going back to the CZ, and will have to brush up on programming it now.
